Admission Requirements

•  At least 90 academic quarter units (60 semester hours)
•  A 2.0 GPA (CSU-eligible)
•  Completed CSU lower-division General Education (GE) course requirements or    IGETC certification as defined by the Cal Poly catalog.

Students can enroll in up to 9 classes while completing the above requirements.

How to Apply

•  Download the application form. (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open PDF
   files. You can obtain a free copy from Adobe.)
•  Print and fill out the form.
•  Include the $35 application fee. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Cal Poly.

Additional Application Materials:

In addition to your application, you will need to submit:

•  Official transcripts from all previous colleges or institutions of higher education
•  Three letters of recommendation.
•  A short Personal Learning Goals Statement describing your personal, professional, and long-term educational goals.
•  Students are admitted to the ADP program on a rolling admissions basis. Early submission of materials is encouraged.
